As a former soccer player, I made a decision a long time ago to give back to a sport that I love. I strive to make a positive impact on youth soccer and futsal players that I hope will carry with them years beyond my coaching. 

I have a passion to improve a player's game and hopefully enhance their love of soccer.  For me, both are a huge win!! It always comes down to soccer is still a game that should be fun and enjoyed. 

My background of coaching stems from a variety of recreational soccer, academy soccer, select soccer and state teams over the years.  Being a part of this variety of programs has given me a wonderful understanding of players' abilities at different levels and expectations.

It's been an honor to have had opportunities to be a part of some amazing soccer and futsal camps in southeastern Wisconsin over the last 20 years with Elm Grove Soccer Club, Elmbrook United SC, Field99 and Cream City Futsal.

I enjoyed a wonderful soccer playing career at high level select, premiere league, high school and ODP teams in the state of Wisconsin through the 90's and early 2000's.

I am a National "D" Licensed Coach that has had the honor of learning from some of the best coaches in the country including former US National Coach Bob Gansler, former US National Futsal Player Guilherme Veiga, Wisconsin Legend Coach Robert Williams and my dad, Coach Pat Donley, who taught me the most about soccer and life.

I hope to continue to share my knowledge with future generations of young soccer players for years to come. 

And now, First Touch Soccer Skills has strategically partnered up with Field99 to offer all of my players a higher level of training and access to Field99's coaches and training facilities.

First Touch Soccer Skills Partners with Field99

First Touch Soccer Skills is excited to announce a new partnership with Field 99. My program will shift to heading up Field 99’s recreational player development program still under the First Touch Soccer Skills brand. 

My mission of improving players skills and abilities in a fun, encouraging and game like environment aligns perfectly with Field99's philosophy. With the help of Field 99 we will be able to expand our reach to other players who are striving to be better and leveling up around Southeastern Wisconsin. 

Field99 is a club neutral soccer program that cares and loves leveling up players as much as I do for our soccer community. By partnering up with Field 99, this will give soccer players in our program and beyond the opportunity to train at Field 99 locations both in Brookfield and in Franklin. Players will have the chance to work with Field 99 professional soccer players as part of my First Touch Soccer Skills program. We are very thrilled to team up with Field 99 and have the amazing ability to improve our skills all year round.  Lets Go!!!!
